Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Victor Gregorivich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rico Suvave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gregorivich comes to the cage accompanied by The Pot. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Victor Gregorivich! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rico Suvave! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Mauricio Rocha and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gregorivich scores a takedown into full mount! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Suvave is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Suvave is in all sorts of trouble here.
Gregorivich is landing with some decent strikes but Suvave is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
It looks like Rico Suvave has been cut. Gregorivich postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Suvave looks a forlorn figure.
Suvave is rocked! Gregorivich is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Suvave can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Suvave is still on wobbly legs! Can Gregorivich finish him? Gregorivich jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Suvave manages to avoid the submission attempt. Suvave is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Gregorivich asserts his dominance and retains side control. Gregorivich swings around for an armbar but Suvave sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Gregorivich's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Suvave would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Suvave seems to have recovered his senses. Suvave wants to control from the top but Gregorivich keeps moving. Suvave has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Gregorivich to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Suvave is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Gregorivich pulls down on the head and he's put Suvave to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Victor Gregorivich!
