Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Esteban Gola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabio Huerta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fabio Huerta looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Esteban Gola!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Fabio Huerta!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Roberts and Franklyn Lucas.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gola lands with a slapping head kick.
Gola doesn't manage to clinch there - Huerta circles away.
Huerta swats away the attempt to clinch by Gola.

Gola clinches up against the cage.

Gola breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Gola tries to clinch but Huerta moves out of range.
Gola throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Huerta.
Gola connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Huerta to the floor! Gola dives in looking for the finish!

Huerta is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gola looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Huerta is still in real trouble! Can Gola finish him?
Gola passes to full mount!
Huerta working to try and regain half guard.
Huerta seems to have recovered his senses.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Gola swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Huerta is now in Gola's guard. A big mistake from Gola there, giving up the dominant position!
Gola throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Huerta drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Huerta jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Huerta looks gassed!
Gola looking to hit a scissor sweep but Huerta is one step ahead there.
Huerta forces his way into half guard.
Huerta moves nicely into side control.
Gola tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Huerta wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Huerta is working to tighten is grip on Gola's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Gola has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Huerta is really squeezing tight and eventually Gola passes out! Huerta breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
