The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Pineda.
Pineda lands some shots froms side control.
Pineda lands a decent elbow from side control.
It looks like Filthy Cent has been cut.
Pineda working the ground and pound but Cent is defending the strikes.
Cent tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Pineda lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pineda working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Cent is trying to control Pineda's posture but Pineda avoids it.
Pineda scores with a couple of short elbows.
Filthy Cent's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
You can see the frustration on Cent's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cent is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Pineda has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Jeez, Filthy Cent's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Filthy Cent's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
