Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Lou da Vinci and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fokin clobbers Mercuriy with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
It looks like Maximus Mercuriy has been cut.
Fokin closes the distance and clinches up with Mercuriy, looking for a takedown. Fokin pushes Mercuriy against the cage but Mercuriy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mercuriy closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fokin did well to prevent Mercuriy getting side control.
Mercuriy really is a fat lump.

Mercuriy is looking for a kimura here.
Mercuriy is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Fokin is just riding it out for now. Mercuriy eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
