Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Cromphout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller has chosen Fight Club - 2Pac, Eminem, & Nas as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Kevin Cromphout!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, David Miller!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Miller slips under a jab.
Miller swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Miller steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Cromphout.
Cromphout checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Cromphout looks to land a left hand but Miller moved out of range nicely.
Cromphout comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Cromphout takes a swing at Miller's ribcage but misses.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Miller.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cromphout misses with the combination.
Kevin Cromphout seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cromphout shoots in but no luck this time.
Miller connects with a crisp jab.
Miller slips a jab and a cross from Cromphout.
Miller misses with a wild body shot.
Cromphout tries to clinch up but Miller circles away and keeps his distance.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
A cross from Cromphout lands.
Cromphout throws a looping overhand right but Miller ducks down to avoid it.

Miller shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Miller showed some decent athleticism there.
Miller prevents Cromphout from standing back up.

Miller is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Cromphout is trying to maintain the position but Miller is very close to passing his half guard.

Miller is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Cromphout doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Miller.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Miller is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Cromphout knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Miller is looking to take a break and control but Cromphout is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Miller is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Cromphout sees it coming and defends easily.
Miller stalling away here and it's allowed Cromphout to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Kevin Cromphout will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Cromphout counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Miller thinking.

Miller throws a low kick but Cromphout avoids it.
Cromphout throws a shot from downtown. Miller moves away and avoids it.
Cromphout swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cromphout throws a jab but it's blocked by Miller.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Miller finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Cromphout checks the leg kick.
Miller steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Cromphout.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Miller fails with the takedown
and Cromphout counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Miller ducks under a wild hook from Cromphout.

Miller scores with a takedown into Cromphout's guard.
Cromphout tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Miller is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Miller trying to control the position from guard on top but Cromphout is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Cromphout is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Miller controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Miller advances to half guard.
Cromphout is not content to let Miller control the position.

Miller is trying to work for a kimura but Cromphout is defending well.
Miller content to control rather than advance.

Miller is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cromphout is just riding it out for now. Miller eventually gives up the hold.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Miller is keen to just control but Cromphout is a slippery customer.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

David Miller showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Miller fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cromphout manages to avoid it.

Cromphout leaves Miller with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Miller is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Cromphout rather than just go for the knockout.

No joy there for Cromphout, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cromphout uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Miller.

Cromphout cracks Miller with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Miller throws a chopping leg kick but Cromphout manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Cromphout looks to throw the jab but Miller is out of range.
Miller steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Cromphout.
Cromphout swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
A big left from Cromphout misses.
Cromphout checks the leg kick.
Miller tries to land a leg kick but Cromphout saw it coming and moves away.
Cromphout throws a low kick, looking for Miller's leg but Miller calmly moves out of range.

Cromphout avoids the body shot from Miller.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Miller, right into the meat.
A slow jab from Miller misses its intended target.
Cromphout loads up on a big right hand but Miller slips the punch.

Miller feints and as Cromphout raises his hands in defense, Miller changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Cromphout looking to hit a scissor sweep but Miller is one step ahead there.
Miller passes Cromphout's left leg - he's now in half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Cromphout is not content to let Miller control the position.
Miller is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Miller wants to finish this one by submission but Cromphout is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Miller.
Cromphout is looking to get to half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Miller content just to control the position here.

And that's the end of the fight!
David Miller comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Miller has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
