Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Rickenbacker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Venture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Venture is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by "Fast Shadow" by Wu-Tang Clan. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Venture throws a sloppy head kick and Rickenbacker moves out of range easily.
Rickenbacker is looking to clinch but Venture is avoiding it.
Eddie Rickenbacker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Venture will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Venture shoots for a takedown but Rickenbacker saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Rickenbacker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Venture swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Venture shoots for a double leg takedown but Rickenbacker sprawls well. He's pushed Venture's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Venture closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Venture looks gassed!
Venture tries to pass to full mount but Rickenbacker defends it.
Rickenbacker tries to kick Venture off but Venture keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Venture is trying for a kimura here. Rickenbacker looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Venture wins by kimura!
