The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heath throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Sander was covering up waiting for the punch and Heath finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Sander looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Heath content to stall in guard here.
Heath is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Sander looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Heath passes Sander's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Heath perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Heath has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Heath controlling his opponent.

Sander has given up his back here. Will Heath look for the submission or keep pounding away?
Heath controls the action.
Heath working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Sander is doing well to defend. Heath seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Sander is forced to tap and this one is over!
