Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Matt Hawk!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ogami scores with a kick to the body.

Hawk can't keep his opponent in guard - Ogami advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Hawk wants to get back to his feet.
Ogami seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Hawk manages to control the position for a moment.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Hawk loads up on a big right hand but Ogami slips the punch.
Hawk throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Matt Hawk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hawk throws a hook but Ogami blocks it.
No luck for Ogami with that takedown attempt.

Hawk's corner calls for a 1-2. Hawk obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Ogami tries for a takedown but Hawk sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Hawk lands with a straight right. Ogami didn't see that one coming.
Hawk circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Ogami to the canvas! Ogami doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Hawk keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Matt Hawk!
