Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Nutz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jason Stone has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jason Stone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Nutz! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, John Kavanagh and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone tries to clinch but Nutz moves out of range. Nutz showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Stone.
Stone tries to bum rush Nutz with a series of wild strikes but Nutz uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Nutz tries to clinch up but Stone circles away and keeps his distance. Stone shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Nutz napping and manages to drive through into side control! Stone decides to take the fight back to the feet. Nutz misses with a takedown attempt - Stone sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Nutz showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Stone.
Stone lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nutz circles away quickly and effectively. Stone throws a right hand that Nutz ducks under and follows up with a left that Nutz also avoids with ease. Stone misses with a double jab.
Stone displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Nutz throws out the jab. Stone throws a right and a left that Nutz avoids nicely. Stone is breathing heavily. Stone throws a right and a left that both miss. Stone with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Nutz to score with a decent uppercut. Nutz throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Stone was covering up waiting for the punch and Nutz finishes the takedown easily into guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nutz scoring with some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nutz is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Nutz distracts Stone with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Nutz lands a couple of decent looking shots. Nutz drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Nutz as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Stone screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Nutz! Nice submission victory there!
