Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Matheus Silva and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Gomes or perhaps it was just good defense by Conde which made him look bad.
Conde connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gomes. Gomes circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Conde keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Nice uppercut there from Conde.
Gomes closes this distance looking for a takedown but Conde circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Plinio Gomes. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Some wild striking there from Conde.
Conde lands with a nice combination. Gomes backs away looking to recover.
Gomes takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Gomes tries to close the distance and clinch up but Conde swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Conde swats away the attempt to clinch by Gomes.
Gomes has a takedown stuffed.
Gomes shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Conde defends it nicely.
Gomes throws a jab when Conde was well out of range.
Conde is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Conde leaves Gomes with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Conde is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Gomes is breathing heavily.
Conde uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Nice takedown defense from Conde. No joy for Gomes on that attempt.
Conde tests Gomes's chin there with a solid looking shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Conde lands a slapping body shot.
Conde lands with a shot to the body.
Conde throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Gomes colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Conde as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Gomes is left battered and dazed whilst Conde and his camp cheer!
