Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Panos Rasgadus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Schnitzer Schnitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schnitzer Schnitz is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Panos Rasgadus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Schnitzer Schnitz! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Vladimir Khabensky and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schnitz fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rasgadus avoids it really well and circles away. Rasgadus with a lazy takedown attempt and Schnitz counters with a takedown into side control. Rasgadus is trying to get back to half guard. Schnitz wants to control but Rasgadus is keeping him busy. Rasgadus manages to get back to half guard. Schnitz drops an elbow to the side of Rasgadus's head. Schnitz is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rasgadus defends it well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Schnitz is looking to take a break and control but Rasgadus is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Schnitz is working for a submission of some sort.
Rasgadus avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Schnitz. Schnitz is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Rasgadus doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Schnitz. Rasgadus moves into full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rasgadus looking for a guillotine here but Schnitz defends easily.
Rasgadus had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Schnitz defends it easily. Schnitz postures up and lands a big shot to Rasgadus's brow. Rasgadus keeping moving, preventing Schnitz from controlling successfully. Rasgadus utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Schnitz trying to control but Rasgadus is working from the bottom. Schnitz has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Rasgadus to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Schnitz is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Rasgadus pulls down on the head and he's put Schnitz to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Panos Rasgadus!
