Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Bong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gheorghe Muresan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Muresan comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bing Bang by Korki Buchek kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, King Bong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gheorghe Muresan!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Seu Braga and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bong closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Muresan did well to prevent Bong getting side control.
Muresan looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Bong stalling.
Bong not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Bong is controlling the pace.
Bong prevents Muresan from improving his position.
Bong prevents Muresan from standing back up.
Muresan gets full guard.
Bong looking to sit in guard and control but Muresan gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Bong is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Bong looking to hit a scissor sweep but Muresan is one step ahead there.
Bong wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Bong keeping moving, preventing Muresan from controlling successfully.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Muresan throws a leg kick but Bong sees it coming and moves out of range.
Bong throws a series of punches but Muresan moves out of range.
Bong throws a hook but Muresan blocks it.
Muresan tries to land a front kick but Bong steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Gheorghe Muresan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bong tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Muresan was well out of range. Poor timing from Bong.
Bong throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Muresan is looking to clinch.
Muresan ducks under a wild hook from Bong.
Muresan leaves Bong with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Bong shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Muresan sprawls well. Muresan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bong gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bong misses with a straight right.
Muresan looks for the body kick but Bong saw that one coming.
Muresan tries to clinch up but Bong circles away and keeps his distance.
Bong decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Bong seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Muresan regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Bong.
Muresan controls Bong momentarily but Bong frees himself.
Bong controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Bong got a little sloppy there for a moment and Muresan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bong has managed to get both his arms back between Muresan's legs - danger averted.
Bong working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Muresan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bong defends well.
Bong controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Bong throwing strikes but missing.
Bong looking to pass the guard.
Muresan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bong doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bong manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Muresan is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bong controlling from the top position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
King Bong dominated that round.
That's time! Bong's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Bong looks to score with a jab to the body but Muresan is just out of range.
Muresan slips under a jab.
Bong changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Muresan tries to avoid it but Bong manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Muresan to the ground. Muresan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Muresan takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Bong swinging wildly here.
Muresan defending well as Bong loads up on a big left hand.
Muresan throws a solid leg kick but Bong takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Muresan.
Bong thows a left - swing and a miss!
Bong lands a jab to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bong throws a hook but Muresan blocks it.
Bong takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bong walks forward, straight into a front kick from Muresan.
Muresan wants to clinch up but Bong keeps it at a distance.
Gheorghe Muresan seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bong swings for the body but Muresan moves out of range.
Muresan throws a nice inside leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Muresan has Bong up against the cage in a clinch.
Muresan lands a knee to the head.
It looks like King Bong has been cut.
Muresan manages to break the clinch.
Muresan feints a jab and as Bong dips his head, Muresan unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Bong right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Bong falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Muresan smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Gheorghe Muresan!
