Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ruci Bamboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Goldberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goldberg throws a head kick that misses. Excellent takedown into side control there by Goldberg. Goldberg gets to mount! Bamboa was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Bamboa working to try and regain half guard.
Bamboa sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Goldberg is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Bamboa is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Bamboa is trying to maintain the position but Goldberg is very close to passing his half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bamboa tries to get to full guard but Goldberg has control of the leg. Bamboa is trying to control but can't.
Bamboa looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Bamboa is not content to let Goldberg control the position. Goldberg throwing shots but Bamboa is blocking nicely.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Goldberg tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bamboa swats him away and circles back towards the center. Goldberg shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bamboa as he avoids it easily. Bamboa keeps the fight on the outside.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Goldberg ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bamboa moves away. Goldberg fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bill Goldberg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Goldberg tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Bamboa avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bamboa leaves Goldberg with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Bamboa doesn't succeed with the takedown and Goldberg counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bamboa looking for a sweep. Not yet Bamboa, not yet. Goldberg trying to control the position from guard on top but Bamboa is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Goldberg looks gassed! Bamboa wants to sweep here but Goldberg controlling him for the moment. Goldberg drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Bamboa dives on top into guard. Bamboa postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Bamboa's corner is telling him to maintain position. Goldberg avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Goldberg looking for subs off his back but Bamboa has passed one foot through into half guard.
Goldberg wants to get back to his feet. Bamboa really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bamboa landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Bamboa is figuring out what he wants to do next. Bamboa uses his free foot to push down on Goldberg's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Goldberg. Bamboa lands with some strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bill Goldberg will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Bamboa bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Bamboa trying to control the position but Goldberg is working away. Bamboa landing a few strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Goldberg tries to bench press Bamboa off him but Bamboa keeps the position. Goldberg can't do much from the bottom here. Bamboa tries to move to mount but Goldberg blocks the move with his legs. Bamboa wants to control but Goldberg is keeping him busy. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Goldberg takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goldberg is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Bamboa is controlling him well. Bamboa trying to control the action but Goldberg is working from the bottom. Goldberg really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bamboa. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Goldberg shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bamboa counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Bamboa looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Goldberg tries to get to full guard but Bamboa has control of the leg.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bamboa lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Bamboa sitting and controlling from the half guard. Bamboa is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Bamboa seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Bamboa missing with the ground and pound from half guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Goldberg can do anything to dispel that myth. That's three minutes gone in the round. Bamboa working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Goldberg tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Bamboa has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Goldberg really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Bamboa lands a nice shot to the head. Goldberg tries to reverse the position but Bamboa maintains control. Bamboa cracks Goldberg with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Bamboa is in the full mount, landing strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bamboa in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Ruci Bamboa dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Goldberg with a poor takedown and Bamboa counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Bamboa has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Goldberg is trying to control but Bamboa passes into side control!
Goldberg takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Bamboa is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Goldberg looks calm but he's in trouble here. Bamboa gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Goldberg is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Bamboa lets go of the hold and Goldberg can pop his arm back in it's socket.
