Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Travoltares avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Mincemeat rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Travoltares moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mincemeat throws a right hand that Travoltares ducks under and follows up with a left that Travoltares also avoids with ease.
No joy there for Travoltares, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
John Travoltares seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Travoltares closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mincemeat to the mat! Mincemeat manages to get full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mincemeat thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Mincemeat stands and steps away. Travoltares gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
