Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Yoshiro Akiyama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Starrk Lobos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Akiyama comes to the cage accompanied by Time To Say Goodbye. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lobos closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Akiyama is trying to control Lobos's posture but Lobos avoids it.
Akiyama is looking to regain half guard here but Lobos keeps moving and retains side control.

Lobos is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Akiyama is just riding it out for now. Lobos eventually gives up the hold.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Lobos has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Akiyama should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Lobos has tightened it up now! Akiyama should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
