Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eugene Bradley Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damon Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burns comes to the cage accompanied by Fedor Entrance Song . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 1, fighting out of London, Eugene Bradley Burns!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Damon Hall!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Burns changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hall looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Hall manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Burns is looking for a sweep. Hall is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Burns is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hall defends well.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hall throws a series of punches but Burns avoids them all with ease.

Burns lands with a hook. Hall tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Damon Hall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hall misses with an uppercut. Burns saw that one coming.

Burns is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Hall's half guard.
Hall slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hall looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Burns has picked Hall up and slammed him! Hall can't keep hold of the triangle and Burns manages to pass to side control!
Hall is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Burns is controlling him well.

Burns looks up at the clock and then as Hall takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Burns smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Burns in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Burns creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Hall sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Hall wants to get back to his feet but Burns drags him back down.

Burns loads up on a big right hand but Hall slips the punch.

Burns shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Burns was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Burns has hold of Hall's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Hall manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Burns is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Hall has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Burns lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Burns tries to control but Hall wriggling away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Burns lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Burns lands a big shot there that rocks Hall but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Burns trying to control but Hall is having none of it.
Hall can't escape the position.
Burns working the ground and pound effectively.
Burns takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Burns fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Hall takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Burns goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Hall is on top in guard.
Hall tries to stand but Burns is controlling from the bottom.
Burns has Hall pulled in close to control his posture.

Hall stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Burns swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Burns bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hall's guard.
Damon Hall has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Hall keeping moving, preventing Burns from controlling successfully.
Hall looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Burns is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Burns stands and throws Hall's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Hall is letting Burns control him for a moment.

Well Burns has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
