Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul McBryant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shawn Marvels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McBryant comes to the cage accompanied by "London Calling" by The Clash. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul McBryant! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Shawn Marvels! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marvels tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Marvels feints and then cracks McBryant's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow McBryant down. McBryant tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. McBryant shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. McBryant showed some decent athleticism there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Marvels is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Marvels is trying to escape back to his feet but McBryant uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Marvels wants to get back to his feet. Marvels tries to improve position but can't. Marvels is looking to work his way out of this bad position but McBryant is controlling him well. Marvels throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marvels is trying to control McBryant's posture but McBryant avoids it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. McBryant shoots for a takedown but Marvels saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Marvels doesn't succeed with the takedown so McBryant counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Marvels looks gassed! Marvels trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! McBryant drops back looking for a leg! Marvels is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Marvels manages to kick McBryant off! McBryant jumps back into Marvels's guard. Marvels is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. McBryant trying to control but Marvels is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marvels is looking for a triangle but McBryant pushes his legs off easily.
McBryant preventing the sweep. McBryant throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Marvels works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Marvels pushes McBryant off and scrambles back to his feet.
McBryant looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Marvels! McBryant punishing his opponent with strikes. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McBryant stands up from mount. Strange move.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McBryant misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Horrible takedown by McBryant or perhaps it was just good defense by Marvels which made him look bad. Marvels fails with the takedown and McBryant counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McBryant accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Marvels pushes McBryant off and gets back to his feet.
McBryant scores a takedown into full mount! McBryant has hold of Marvels's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Marvels manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Marvels is trying to stand but he's just given McBryant his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Marvels tries to escape the position.
McBryant working for a choke but Marvels is defending well. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McBryant keeps control of the position as Marvels tries to break free.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Marvels is trying to stand back up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul McBryant dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Marvels displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as McBryant throws out the jab. Marvels misses with a takedown attempt and McBryant counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Marvels pushes McBryant off looking to stand but McBryant dives back in and keeps control.

Marvels trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but McBryant manages to pass to mount!
Marvels looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Marvels is trapped and McBryant is scoring with shots to the head and body. Marvels is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Marvels is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. McBryant is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
McBryant lands strikes to the head. McBryant is not going to allow Marvels to sit and survive in this position. Marvels holding both McBryant 's hands and preventing any damage. McBryant keeps control of the position as Marvels tries to break free.
The referee is taking a good look at Marvels as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from McBryant!
That's two minutes gone in the round. McBryant working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Marvels is doing well to defend. McBryant seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Marvels is forced to tap and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Paul McBryant!
