The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mermao lands a left and a right that send Drakov crashing to the mat, dazed. Mermao thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Drakov is rocked!
It looks like Dmitri Drakov has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mermao tries to clinch up.
Oh Drakov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mermao closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Drakov out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
