Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sanouk Mookjai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Blanken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sanouk Mookjai! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Blanken! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blanken avoids a punch combination nicely.
Blanken is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Blanken fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Blanken scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Blanken shoots in for a takedown but Mookjai shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Blanken is looking to clinch but Mookjai is avoiding it.
John Blanken seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Blanken is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Blanken shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mookjai as he jumps to the side. Blanken defending well as Mookjai loads up on a big left hand. Mookjai throws a nice looking combination but Blanken bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Mookjai lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Blanken circles away quickly and effectively. Blanken tries to clinch but Mookjai is having none of it. Mookjai throws a left and a right that both miss
and Blanken counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Blanken. Mookjai jumps guard and drags Blanken to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Blanken accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Mookjai pushes a forearm under Blanken's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Blanken is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
