Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Adam White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Soboyt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Adam White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Johnny Soboyt!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White doesn't manage to clinch there - Soboyt circles away.
White fails in his attempt to clinch.
Soboyt throws a lazy right hand but White sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Soboyt is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
White connects with a high kick.
Soboyt fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
White gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Soboyt stalling in the clinch but White improves position.
White ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. White no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
White is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Soboyt is controlling him.
White looking to control but Soboyt passes into half guard.
Soboyt is just content to waste time from the top position. White takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
White striking off his back but it's not causing Soboyt any problems.
White is looking to sinch up a triangle. Soboyt throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to White's body to avoid the submission. White has instead reached around Soboyt's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! White arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Adam White!
