The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Voltron throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Beast Beast's waist but Beast Beast gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Voltron off to one side.

Voltron bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Beast Beast tries to bum rush Voltron with a series of wild strikes but Voltron uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Voltron shoots for a double leg takedown but Beast Beast sprawls well. He's pushed Voltron's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
