Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wielki Mongol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Ratz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Wielki Mongol! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jordan Ratz! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mongol dodges the punch combination from Ratz.
Ratz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mongol lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. A combination from Ratz does no damage. Mongol uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ratz.

Mongol fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ratz avoids it really well and circles away. Ratz looks to land a combination but Mongol avoids it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mongol shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ratz as he avoids it easily. A chopping leg kick lands by Ratz. Mongol fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wielki Mongol. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ratz misses with the combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ratz lands with a thumping leg kick.
Mongol drives through and clinches with Ratz against the cage.
Ratz is looking to break free of the clinch but Mongol has double underhooks. Mongol has Ratz pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Ratz manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Mongol gets control of Ratz's arms and successfully pulls guard. Mongol will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Mongol trying to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mongol is breathing heavily. Mongol pulls Ratz in to control the position. Ratz gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ratz lands a big head kick that sends Mongol tumbling to the mat! Ratz takes a step backwards and waves Mongol back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Wielki Mongol has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mongol dodges the punch combination from Ratz.
Mongol looks for a takedown but Ratz sprawls well. Ratz lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Ratz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mongol moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Mongol is looking to clinch. Mongol closes the distance and clinches up with Ratz, looking for a takedown. Mongol pushes Ratz against the cage but Ratz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Ratz lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Ratz misses with a few strikes there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ratz plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! A left and a right from Ratz both land. Nice combination.
Mongol is rocked! Ratz closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Mongol out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
