The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Felipe Paraventi and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva misses with the combination.
Reed wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Reed jabs Silva right on the nose. Silva blinks but takes it well.
Silva scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Reed is trying to improve his position.
Reed on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Reed tries to get out of the position.
Silva trying to control the action but Reed is working from the bottom.
Silva misses with the ground and pound.

Silva looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
You can see the frustration on Reed's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Silva is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Reed knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Reed is looking for a sweep.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Silva wants to stand but Reed has his arm trapped.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Silva looks gassed!
Silva takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Reed sizes up Silva with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Reed fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Reed throws a monster overhand right that drops Silva! Reed follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
