Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chris Lappin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grigoro Raspru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raspru shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lappin's guard.
Raspru prevents Lappin from getting back to his feet.
Lappin looking for a sweep. Not yet Lappin, not yet.
Lappin is looking for a triangle but Raspru pushes his legs off easily.
Raspru is stalling in the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lappin is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Raspru is controlling him.
Raspru drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Raspru jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Raspru throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lappin was covering up waiting for the punch and Raspru finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Raspru shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lappin defends it nicely.
