2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Adolfo Martinez! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kim lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Martinez shoots in and drives through. Kim sprawls well. No joy there for Kim, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Kim misses with a double jab.
That's nine minutes gone in the round. Kim uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Martinez. Kim lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kim looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kim might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Martinez looks to land a strike but Kim avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Martinez looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Kim is looking to stand up but Martinez isn't so interested in that idea.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Martinez postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Kim is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Martinez throws a big right hand that misses.

Martinez nods at Kim to acknowledge the strikes. Kim moves out of range as Martinez strikes. Martinez is looking to clinch. Martinez avoids a punch combination nicely.

That's going to take a lot out of Adolfo Martinez. Martinez is breathing heavily. Kim slips under a jab from Martinez. Kim throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Martinez. Kim misses with the combination.

Martinez leaves Kim with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Martinez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Kim throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Kim looks to land a combination. Martinez sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Martinez tries to clinch up but Kim circles away and keeps his distance. Martinez misses with a body shot
and Kim counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Kim misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Martinez fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
And that's the end of the fight! Jung Kim showed his dominance in that final round. I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
