Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Billy Douglas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jag Smits (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smits is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Kanye West - Amazing. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smits looks for the body kick but Douglas saw that one coming.
Smits fails to land with a series of punches.
Douglas plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Smits looks for a takedown but Douglas sprawls well.
Douglas misses with a looping right.
Smits connects with a nice looking jab.
Douglas swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Smits counters with a series of strikes. Douglas will be more careful next time no doubt.
A right-left combo lands from Smits.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Douglas avoids a punch combination nicely.
Smits tries to clinch but Douglas is having none of it.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Douglas checks a leg kick.
Douglas throws a right hand that Smits ducks under and follows up with a left that Smits also avoids with ease.
Douglas will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Douglas scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Douglas cracks Smits with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the ropes! Smits falls to his knees and Douglas doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
