Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vseslav Gorniy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jeff Martin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vseslav Gorniy!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Alyssa Summers and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gorniy swats away the attempt to clinch by Martin.
Gorniy lands with a cross.
It looks like Jeff Martin has been cut.
Gorniy uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Martin has time to react.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Martin wants to clinch.
Gorniy doesn't manage to clinch there - Martin circles away.
Martin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Gorniy was covering up waiting for the punch and Martin finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Martin wants to control from the top but Gorniy keeps moving.

Martin wants to pass the guard but Gorniy is keeping the position.
Gorniy looking to hit a scissor sweep but Martin is one step ahead there.
Martin throws a strike but Gorniy rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Gorniy stands and steps away. Martin gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Gorniy fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Jeff Martin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gorniy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Martin was well out of range. Poor timing from Gorniy.
Martin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Gorniy counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Martin's guard now.

Martin is breathing heavily.

Gorniy sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Martin's guard.
Martin is trying to control but can't.
Martin is refusing to be controlled, as Gorniy sits in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gorniy is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Martin doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gorniy.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Martin manages to get to full guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Gorniy prevents Martin from getting back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vseslav Gorniy dominated that round.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Martin has hold of one of Gorniy's legs. Gorniy is fighting the takedown attempt but Martin gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Martin wants to control from the top but Gorniy keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gorniy is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Martin throws a strike but Gorniy rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Martin throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Gorniy escapes and throws Martin's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Gorniy has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Martin is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Gorniy yanks on the arm and Martin is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Gorniy.
