Sasaki has chosen The Hulk Theme Song as his entrance music. Paul Peterson has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Paul Peterson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Enson Sasaki!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Shimada and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sasaki as he jumps to the side.
Sasaki lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Sasaki misses with a series of wild punches.

Sasaki moves into the clinch successfully.

Peterson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sasaki shoots in for a takedown but Peterson shows good takedown defense.
Sasaki keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Sasaki moves in looking to clinch but Peterson pushes him off.

and Sasaki counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Sasaki drops Peterson with a beautiful combination! Peterson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Sasaki is looking for the KO!

Peterson throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Sasaki throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Sasaki looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Sasaki sends Peterson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Sasaki is motioning to the referee to let Peterson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

A frustrated look appears on Sasaki's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Sasaki has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Peterson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Peterson gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Sasaki.
Sasaki looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Well Sasaki has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
