Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Saulnier Raymond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Amazing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Saulnier Raymond!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Amazing!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Amazing as Raymond shoots in.

Raymond shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Raymond trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Raymond prevents Amazing from getting back to his feet.

Amazing is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Raymond trying to control the position from guard on top but Amazing is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Raymond is looking to stand up but Amazing won't let him.
Raymond looking to sit in guard and control but Amazing gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Amazing drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Raymond dives on top into guard.
Amazing is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Amazing is thwarting Raymond's attempts to control the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Raymond is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Amazing scores with a couple of nice shots.
Amazing seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Raymond does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Amazing really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Raymond. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Raymond wants to get back to full guard.
Amazing is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Raymond will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Raymond keeping full guard, as Amazing tries to pass.
Amazing looks gassed!

Raymond looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Amazing avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Amazing controls from within his opponent's guard.
Amazing trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Raymond is looking for a triangle but Amazing pushes his legs off easily.

Amazing is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Raymond has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Amazing is looking to defend but Raymond has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Amazing! Raymond pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Amazing taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Saulnier Raymond!
