The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez tries to clinch but Rominov moves out of range.
Sanchez wants to clinch up but Rominov keeps it at a distance.
Sanchez takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Rominov throws a right and a left that Sanchez avoids nicely.
Rominov wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Sanchez on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Sanchez is breathing heavily.
Rominov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sanchez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rominov lands a big head kick that sends Sanchez tumbling to the mat! Rominov takes a step backwards and waves Sanchez back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Jose Sanchez has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rominov swats away the attempt to clinch by Sanchez.
Rominov closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Sanchez! Rominov dives in looking to finish! Sanchez is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leroy Rominov!
