Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Faraday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kjell Dillonsan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dillonsan has chosen Mortal combat as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kjell Dillonsan! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Thiago Cunha and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Faraday fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Faraday misses with a straight left. Faraday looks to land a right hand but Dillonsan moved out of range. Dillonsan bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Dillonsan trying to control the action but Faraday is working from the bottom. Dillonsan just content to control the position. Faraday tries to escape but Dillonsan is in control. Dillonsan scoring with punches from side control. Dillonsan in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Dillonsan tries for a kimura but Faraday is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Faraday is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Dillonsan is controlling him well. Dillonsan trying to control the action but Faraday is working from the bottom. Faraday holding on. Faraday takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Faraday can't do much from the bottom here. Dillonsan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Dillonsan trying to control the position but Faraday is working away. Dillonsan throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Faraday works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Dillonsan works his way into full mount! Faraday is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Dillonsan trying to control but Faraday is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dillonsan throwing strikes here but Faraday is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Dillonsan lands a big shot there that rocks Faraday but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Dillonsan tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Dillonsan misses with a head shot. Faraday tries to lock up and control but Dillonsan gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Faraday avoids a series of strikes thrown by Dillonsan.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Faraday tries to buck Dillonsan off but he can't manage it. Faraday wants to hold on but Dillonsan pushes him away. Dillonsan trying to control but he's not successful this time. Dillonsan thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Dillonsan misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Dillonsan controlling the pace for now. Faraday is wriggling around trying to escape.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Faraday misses with a two punch combination.
Chuck Faraday is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Faraday stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Faraday lands a nice leg kick that just misses Dillonsan's sensitive parts. Faraday swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A jab from Dillonsan does it's job there. Dillonsan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Faraday moves away. A nice combination there by Faraday.
It looks like Kjell Dillonsan has been cut. Dillonsan swats away the attempt to clinch by Faraday. Dillonsan takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dillonsan throws a lazy right hand but Faraday sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Dillonsan avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Chuck Faraday seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dillonsan bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Chuck Faraday is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big right from Faraday misses. Faraday throws a right and a left that Dillonsan avoids nicely. Faraday scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Dillonsan takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Faraday is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Dillonsan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Faraday manages to avoid it. Faraday misses with a series of wild punches.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Dillonsan shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Faraday misses with a looping left. Faraday slips a jab from Dillonsan. Faraday slips a jab from Dillonsan. Faraday stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Faraday wants it to stay on the feet. Faraday throws a sloppy head kick and Dillonsan moves out of range easily. Dillonsan closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Dillonsan is nestled in close to Faraday, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Dillonsan is keen to just control but Faraday is a slippery customer. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Faraday is trying to control the position but Dillonsan postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dillonsan looking to control the position here, rather than advance. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dillonsan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Faraday is keeping the position for now. Dillonsan loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Dillonsan postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Dillonsan with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Faraday seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Dillonsan is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Faraday working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Dillonsan. Faraday has Dillonsan pulled in close to control his posture. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dillonsan won't allow Faraday to sweep him here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Faraday not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Dillonsan trying to control the position from guard on top but Faraday is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Faraday will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Faraday has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Faraday wants to stand up but Dillonsan is controlling him. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dillonsan looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
And that's the end of the fight! Kjell Dillonsan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Dillonsan has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
