Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Peter Pan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Fenix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peter Pan could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jackson Fenix's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Peter Pan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jackson Fenix! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fenix avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fenix is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Fenix shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pan sprawls well. Pan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fenix gets slowly back to his feet. Pan clinches up with Fenix and pushes him back against the cage. Pan tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Fenix avoids it. Fenix is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Pan lands an elbow inside that Fenix shrugs off. Pan is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Fenix is keeping busy. Pan with a knee to the head.

Fenix looking for a takedown. Peter Pan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jackson Fenix. Pan throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Fenix blocks it with crossed arms. Pan missing with knees to the body.
Pan is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Fenix is defending well for now. Pan lands a knee to the body.
Nice elbow from Pan. Fenix tightens his grip and picks Pan up, before dumping him to the ground. Pan manages to land in guard. Fenix looks gassed! Pan is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Fenix drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fenix jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pan looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Fenix prevents Pan from getting back to his feet. Pan working a defensive guard here.
Pan wants to get back to his feet but Fenix is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Fenix is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Pan is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Pan has escaped and now he's on top! Fenix working for a triangle but Pan defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Pan tries to stand but Fenix is controlling from the bottom. Pan trying to control the position from guard on top but Fenix is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fenix on the ground. Fenix had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Pan defends it easily. Pan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fenix keeping moving, preventing Pan from controlling successfully. Pan trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Pan has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Fenix is proving hard to escape from. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pan wants to pass the guard but Fenix is keeping the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Pan wants to stand and escape but instead Fenix has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Fenix passes Pan's left leg - he's now in half guard. Fenix seems to be working for a kimura but Pan defends the submission attempt. Fenix prevents Pan from standing back up.
Fenix seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Pan is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Jackson Fenix!
