Kong is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Schulz throws a right and a left that Kong avoids nicely.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Schulz shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Schulz wants to control from the top but Kong keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kong has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Schulz has passed into side control.

Schulz takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Schulz jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Kong manages to avoid the submission attempt.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kong reaches up to try and control the position but Schulz seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Kong rolls and tries to escape and now Schulz has his back!
Schulz wants to control but Kong is keeping busy.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Kong tries to clinch up but Schulz circles away and keeps his distance.

Schulz throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Kong has his hands clasped together but Schulz breaks the hold and Kong is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Schulz!
