Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Eder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tatsuya Komada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Komada has chosen Little Busters as his entrance music. Kyle Eder could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tatsuya Komada's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kyle Eder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tatsuya Komada!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Komada moves out of range as Eder strikes.

Komada scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Eder is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Komada has just dragged him back down to the mat.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Eder pushes Komada away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Komada gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Komada scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Eder to see if he's OK.

Komada swings around for an armbar but Eder sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Komada's guard.
Eder slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Eder stands up over Komada, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Komada changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Eder looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Eder tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Komada thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Komada is keen to just control but Eder is a slippery customer.
Eder gets back to full guard.
Komada controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Komada prevents Eder from getting back to his feet.
Komada postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Eder is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Eder wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Eder has Komada pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Komada manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Eder breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Eder throws a hook to the side of Komada's head but Komada sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Eder throws a sloppy head kick and Komada moves out of range easily.
Eder dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Komada will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Eder avoids a punch combination nicely.
Eder thows a body shot but no joy.
Komada slips under a jab from Eder.

Komada rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Eder moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Komada throws a good cross that connects.
Eder digs a good hook to Komada's body.

Komada is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Eder's half guard.

Komada throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Eder counters with a head kick. That will keep Komada thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Komada can do anything to dispel that myth.

Eder has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Komada is proving hard to escape from.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Komada uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Eder.

Komada looks up at the clock and then as Eder takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Komada smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Eder is looking to regain half guard here but Komada keeps moving and retains side control.

I've got Komada winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
