The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nyrkki shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mac but Mac pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nyrkki tries for a takedown but Mac sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nyrkki shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mac defends it nicely.
Little Mac has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mylly Nyrkki.
Nyrkki takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Nyrkki looks to land a combination but Mac avoids it well.

Mac lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
