Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Warden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Warden is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by bodies. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Adam White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Jason Warden! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Warden chopping away at his opponent's legs.
White shoots in but Warden avoids the takedown attempt easily. White shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Warden tries to hold on but White pushes him away. Warden gets back to half guard. White throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Warden keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Warden flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Warden is trying to get back to full guard. White throwing shots but Warden is blocking nicely. White is thwarting Warden's attempts to control the position. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with White in particular looking to stall. White scoring with strikes to the body and head.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. No luck with that takedown attempt from White. White closes this distance looking for a takedown but Warden circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adam White. That's going to take a lot out of him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Warden is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

White closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Warden has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Warden with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Warden throwing hammer fists to the chest of White. What's that going to do exactly? Warden is wriggling around trying to escape.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. White landing punches. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, White cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Adam White is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! White has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Warden's face.
And that's the end of the fight! Adam White showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for White, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
