Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Mauricio Rocha and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasquel shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jan as he avoids it easily.
Vasquel fails with a takedown attempt.
Vasquel shoots for a takedown but Jan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rodolpho Vasquel. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jan throws a combination. Vasquel tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Rodolpho Vasquel has been cut.
Jan clinches.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Jan.

Jan lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Jan misses with a short punch on the inside.
A head punch on the inside from Jan fails to land.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jan creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Jan lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Vasquel jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jan walks away with a smile on his face. Vasquel gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Vasquel throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jan counters with a crisp one two that drops Vasquel! Jan thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Vasquel to his feet! Vasquel is in big trouble!
Vasquel is rocked!
Rodolpho Vasquel's cut is getting worse.
Jan cracks Vasquel with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
