1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Street Cred! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Franklyn Lucas and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The General throws a series of punches but Cred avoids them all with ease. The General misses with a jab, cross combination.

The General throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Cred shoots in looking for a takedown. The General tries to sprawl out of it but Cred keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. The General manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The General looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Cred throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around The General's waist but The General gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cred off to one side. No joy there for The General, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Horrible takedown by Cred or perhaps it was just good defense by The General which made him look bad. Excellent takedown into side control there by Cred. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The General tries to escape but Cred is in control. The General tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Cred is landing with strikes from the back. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Cred just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

Street Cred dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Cred will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. The General defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Cred. The General misses with a few strikes there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Cred shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Cred was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Cred tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The General is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Cred scoring with strikes but The General is staying in there. Cred sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Cred scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish The General?

A close second round but Street Cred will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
The General gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Cred has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Cred stands up over The General, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. The General being controlled here, momentarily. Cred stops The General from standing up. Cred sitting in guard, not really doing much. The General has momentary wrist control but Cred slips an elbow through the middle.

Cred is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. The General knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cred on the ground. Cred is working to tighten is grip on The General's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. The General has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Cred is really squeezing tight and eventually The General passes out! Cred breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
