Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tonny Hansen! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hansen attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Hansen throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Phoenix. Hansen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Phoenix pinned against the cage. Phoenix gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Phoenix scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Phoenix is working for a submission of some sort.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Phoenix is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hansen doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Phoenix. Phoenix is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hansen is just riding it out for now. Phoenix eventually gives up the hold. Hansen tries to kick Phoenix off but Phoenix keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Phoenix is working for a kimura but Hansen is defending it quite comfortably.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hansen is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Phoenix has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Hansen is looking to defend but Phoenix has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Hansen! Phoenix pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Hansen taps out and this one is all over!
