Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between joe warren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! warren fails with a takedown attempt from distance. warren looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. warren with the ground and pound but Mack uses the opportunity to regain guard. Mack trying to keep a closed guard but warren is proving a slippery customer.
warren throws a big right hand that misses. warren slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Mack keeping full guard, as warren tries to pass.
That's one minute gone in the round. warren trying to control but Mack is working from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Mack scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. warren fails with a takedown attempt. Mack lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. warren feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as warren accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. warren postures up.
warren has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's two minutes gone in the round. warren working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. warren trying to control the position from guard on top but Mack is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. warren controls from within his opponent's guard. warren looking to sit in guard and control but Mack gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. warren keeping moving, preventing Mack from controlling successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mack pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. warren is keeping the position for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. warren fails with the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for joe warren. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mack fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. warren tries for a takedown but Mack sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Mack cracks warren with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. warren darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. warren missing with the ground and pound from half guard. warren sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Mack defending well though. warren throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that joe warren will probably get the nod. That's time! warren's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Mack lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
warren looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Mack looking to hit a scissor sweep but warren is one step ahead there. warren might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. warren missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. warren wants to control from the top but Mack keeps moving. warren won't allow Mack to sweep him here.
That's one minute gone in the round. warren content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Mack controls warren momentarily but warren frees himself. warren throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Mack works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Mack bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in warren's guard. Mack looking to pass the guard. Mack wants to control from the top but warren keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. warren has a closed guard, preventing Mack from standing up. Mack pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. warren is keeping the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. warren controlling Mack's posture.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Mack's corner is telling him to maintain position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! warren keeping moving, preventing Mack from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that joe warren will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
warren takes a body punch but keeps moving. warren needs to keep his hands up - Mack had a free shot at his head there. warren closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mack to the mat! Mack manages to get full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mack manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. warren manages to get himself to full guard.
Mack wanted to stand there but warren had control of the position. Mack trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mack is looking to stand up but warren won't let him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. warren wants to stand but Mack is controlling the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mack stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. warren swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Mack jabs warren right on the nose. warren blinks but takes it well. warren gets the takedown into side control. warren tries to advance position but instead Mack slips a leg back in to half guard. warren not landing any meaningful shots this time. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Mack has hold of warren's hands but warren slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. warren stalling away here and it's allowed Mack to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Simon Mack has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! joe warren is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. warren trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to joe warren. Well I reckon that's a shut out for warren, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
