Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vlad Petreski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Prateado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Petreski's entrance music is I Had to Kill a Lot of People. A fine choice. Fred Prateado has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Vlad Petreski's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fred Prateado!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Viktor Lagutenko and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prateado misses with a two punch combination.

Prateado is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Petreski has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Prateado is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Petreski has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Petreski!

Petreski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Prateado swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Prateado thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Petreski loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Petreski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Prateado swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Prateado goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Petreski shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Prateado sprawls well. Prateado wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Petreski gets slowly back to his feet.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


Prateado misses with a straight left.

Fred Prateado seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
