Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Minotauro Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenneth Mensah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Mensah's choice of entrance music: Pour Some Sugar On Me. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mensah tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gracie swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mensah looks to land a combination but Gracie avoids it well.
Mensah will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mensah shoots in and bounces Gracie off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Gracie is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Mensah wants to get up but he can't break Gracie's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Gracie bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mensah's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mensah is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Mensah circles away and we're back to standing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Gracie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mensah tries to avoid it but Gracie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mensah to the ground. Mensah escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Gracie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mensah's waist but Mensah gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gracie off to one side.
