Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Arona (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joao O Dragao de Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Thiago Cunha and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arona takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
It looks like Paulo Arona has been cut.
O Dragao de Santos takes one to the chin there.
It looks like Joao O Dragao de Santos has been cut.
Arona showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from O Dragao de Santos.
O Dragao de Santos blocks a head kick by Arona.
O Dragao de Santos checks a leg kick.
O Dragao de Santos lands a jab to Arona's midsection.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
O Dragao de Santos tries to bum rush Arona with a series of wild strikes but Arona uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Arona tries to clinch but O Dragao de Santos is having none of it.
O Dragao de Santos looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
O Dragao de Santos feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Arona not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
O Dragao de Santos slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Arona wants to get back to his feet but O Dragao de Santos is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
O Dragao de Santos stands up from Arona's guard - O Dragao de Santos perhaps looking for a knockout.

Arona swings and misses with a shot to the body
and O Dragao de Santos counters with a shoot takedown. Arona fights it but they end up in guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
O Dragao de Santos stands up and waves to Arona to follow him.
O Dragao de Santos lands a jab to the head.
O Dragao de Santos cracks Arona with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Arona tries to clinch but fails miserably
and O Dragao de Santos cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Arona is rocked!
O Dragao de Santos moves into range and clinches up with Arona.
Oh Arona is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Arona unloads a knee to the mid-section. O Dragao de Santos lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Arona seems to have got his legs back now.
Arona keeps the fight in the clinch, despite O Dragao de Santos's efforts to push away.
O Dragao de Santos has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Arona uses from the top position.
