The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emelianenko tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Emelianenko moves in looking to clinch but Omaly pushes him off.
Omaly shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Omaly stops Emelianenko from getting back to his feet.
Omaly is looking for a kimura but Emelianenko is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Omaly to get the leverage.

Omaly seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Emelianenko does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Omaly has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Emelianenko can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

I would just about give that final round to Mark Omaly.
Well Omaly has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
