Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eric Castle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Castle's entrance music is Demon Hunter - Storm The Gates Of Hell. A fine choice. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos takes a swing at Castle's ribcage but misses.
Santos tries a low kick but Castle avoids it.
Castle throws a right and a left that Santos avoids nicely.
Santos connects with a good right hand that stumbles Castle. Castle circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Santos misses with the combination.
Castle closes the distance and clinches up with Santos, looking for a takedown. Castle pushes Santos against the cage but Santos circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Santos misses with a low kick as Castle jumps back.

Santos fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Castle looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Santos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Castle. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Castle tries to free his leg and advance position but Santos is retaining full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Santos throws his legs up looking for a submission but Castle uses it to pass to side control.
Santos managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Castle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Santos is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Santos wants to get back to his feet but Castle drags him back down.
Santos wants to control but Castle postures up.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Castle wants to lay and pray for a moment but Santos keeps working.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Santos is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Castle is staying active.
Castle is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Castle!
