Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Doug MacKenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arabic Persian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from MacKenzie.
Persian looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
MacKenzie throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Persian on the side of the head.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Persian shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has MacKenzie pinned against the cage. MacKenzie gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Persian takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

MacKenzie lands with a big left! Persian is wobbled badly! MacKenzie comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Persian to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
