Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Morrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Morrow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Michael Kane!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Morrow drives through and clinches with Kane against the cage.
Kane is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Morrow gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Morrow has Kane pressed against the cage, preventing Kane from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Kane wants a takedown but no success here.

Kane works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Kane postures up.
Morrow looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Morrow is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Morrow keeping full guard, as Kane tries to pass.
Morrow wants to stand but Kane is controlling the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Morrow is on top in guard.

Morrow drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Morrow seems to have locked his on tight now - Kane screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Morrow, as he picks up the win!
