Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brett Burrows!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Winter Jorge!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Alexandre Firmino and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burrows fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jorge manages to avoid it.
Jorge fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Jorge shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Burrows as he avoids it easily.
Burrows tests Jorge's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Nice sprawl there from Burrows as Jorge shoots in.
Brett Burrows has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Winter Jorge.
Nice takedown defense from Burrows. No joy for Jorge on that attempt.
Burrows thows a body shot but no joy.
Burrows ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Burrows throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jorge stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Burrows goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Left hook, right uppercut from Burrows.
Burrows is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Jorge throws a sloppy body shot
and Burrows cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Jorge is rocked!
Burrows lands with a nice body punch.
Jorge looks gassed!
Burrows works the jab nicely.
Jorge is still on wobbly legs! Can Burrows finish him?
Jorge drops his hands momentarily. Burrows doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Jorge staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Jorge doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Brett Burrows!
