4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Michael Chan! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Emerson Jorge and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mash smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Mash shoots in looking for a takedown. Chan tries to sprawl out of it but Mash keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Chan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Mash throws a big shot that misses. Chan displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mash throws out the jab. Chan tries to clinch but Mash moves out of range. Chan avoids the body shot from Mash.
Mash throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Chan sees it coming and avoids it easily. Chan avoids the body shot from Mash.
