Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rturi looks to land a left hand but Pych moved out of range nicely.
Pych shoots in for a takedown but Rturi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Rturi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pych circles away quickly and effectively.
Pych dives in and grabs Rturi's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rturi pushes down on Pych's head and hops out.
Pych looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Rturi won't allow Pych to pass to mount.
Rturi tries to kick Pych off but Pych keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Rturi is looking for a sweep. Pych is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Pych wants to take a breather but Rturi is having none of it.

That was a close round but I would say that Piotr Pych will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Pych closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rturi circles away.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Rturi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Pych's guard.
Rturi wants to get up but he can't break Pych's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Rturi looking to sit in guard and control but Pych gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Pych shoots in looking for a takedown. Rturi tries to sprawl out of it but Pych keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rturi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pych, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
